Certified Health Coach

Having lived the typical “American diet” for over 50 years, I understand all too well how it diminishes our quality of life. I am one of the very few in the field of nutrition that has lived that destructive lifestyle having survived and reversed its negative effects, I understand the hurdles that everyone faces when trying to improve his or her health. As a result I have a powerful and significant health message to share.

With my support and knowledge in this field, you too can return to good health. It is never too late to change. My biggest message is one of hope and optimism for anyone that wants to bring quality back into their life, regardless of age, gender or how far down the road of poor eating you have traveled. Once you understand and see the obstacles presented to you, it’s very simple to correct.  I have done all the hard work and homework to help you achieve these goals. I look forward in sharing that knowledge and supporting you in your goals.

The average person’s heart beats between 60-100 times per minute. It will pump about 1.5 gallons of blood in that period of time, circulating 100,000 gallons at the end of the day.

If you clasp your two fists together that is about the size of your heart. Now try squeezing those fists 80 times per minute, 24 hours a day non-stop for the rest of your life. This is impossible to do, but not for your heart.
